  I started reading this thread, and immediately thought of Dave Gilmour, "Comfortably Numb", but e-wo got their first! Serves me right for getting the late train into work I suppose!

  Dont know the name of the guitarist, although a small seearch on the interweb will find him, but anything by "Ten Years After" - performance at Woodstock is a good place to start
