  If you chance your story to "the lcd screen cracked itself when I was asleep", the warranty covers it.

  Or, you might wanna hear with the store you got it from, sometimes electronic stuff is insured automatically. My old laptop was when I poured coffee over it, and I had no idea.

  OR - insure it right today, and two weeks from now "some puerto rican guy" stole it!
