I haven't thoroughly investigated this site, or what this ministry believes and I don't necessarily support it. I will take more time to look at their presentation later. What they are correct about...
- Our sin nature separates us from a relationship with a perfectly holy God.
- A perfectly holy and just God must punish sin.
- In his infinite love, God sent the perfect provision in Jesus Christ and the punishment that he endured.
- We receive the appropriation
of Christ's forgiveness provided at the cross, by placing our faith in Him. Not by performance or religiosity (we're not good enough).Nothing weak minded in believing that. In fact, the brilliance of God's redemptive plan is what convinced me of it's truth.
No man could have concocted such a plan - it would have been all about our performance and behavior because that is what appeals to our natural fallen nature. Hence, world religions.
