  It all depends on what you like to do. I can recommend some great spots in bangkok if you're hunting for city fun, or if it's island fun(highly recommended!), yes, you've got to hit Ko Pha-Ngan and it's full moon party. It is great if you're a big partier, but renting a scooter and putting around Ko Samui is great fun as well. Ko Phi Phi is well worth the time taken to get over to the Andamen Sea.
