I had a fantastic English teacher, Mr. Burton Lee, in 11th and 12th grade in highschool. He was so strict that he was cool. Everyone wanted to impress him. If you did everyhting perfect, you got a C. You earned a B for going above and beyond. And the scarce A's were for those that he believed could be published.
He prepared me for college and life beyond anyone ever could. He made my college courses look ike preschool. That's how I got away with going to art school after trying a 4year for a year. I was over-prepared
