We have a Borders (which is now an Amazon associate)+ BN (which I have an order already set online, waiting) here in Cincinnati, and neither have it in stock.
A lady @ Borders informed me that I could register my name with a rare book company and they would notify me when they get a copy, but I associate the term 'Rare Book' with lots of money...
