FF is pretty amazing, but, since it is not the native browser, there are all sorts of tiny issues that surface from using it on XP.
Gave up and reverted back to IE as primary browser so that everything would seamlessly integrate.
Not sure how to decribe what was being problematic... but something was making the system choke and workflow inefficient. After dismissing FF as primary browser, everything seems more stable.
