Why couldn't that teacher sit down and discuss the picture? Find out the motivation (which seems pretty clear, and it's not that he was going to go out and kill Mr.Bush) behind it, it'd be an informed discussion, about art, and they'd all learn something too.
Or am I being totally silly in still having a little faith in people?
