Pure looks good to me too.
Regarding your next move, and I hope you all learn from me here as I have learnt from you lot before now...
Even if you make the wrong decision (as I did moving to this company to work for a prick 08:30 - 6PM a long drive from home) it might turn out to be the right decision (I'm off round the world). But yeah, I agree, it's fking hard to make that first move.
