    Hi
    I want to open a fine japanese 'cuisine' restaurant near Tchernobyl ?
    Now
    - do i have to speak japanese ?
    - do i have to cook anything or do they just eat raw food ?
    - do i have to hire short waitresses ?
    - is Japanese good really a good investment for me ?
    - where do u think i should serve my customers ? outside or inside ?
    - my wife hate japanese food : what can i do ?

    no offense xoni.. just get some info on more specific sites and ask the pros that are doing it and then maybe come bak here for more particular subjects like :
    how and when do we collaborate with printshops
    what are the jobs we get done ?
    what would we suggest to ease and give more service

    stuff like that
