Theres LOTS of add-on utilities for Mac and Windows that do all sorts of extra stuff such as video capture and auto-scrolling capture of really long web pages... and all sorts of options for file formats and where you wat to save the files and custom keyboard shortcuts...and ..... see download.com or versiontracker.com
