Do what I do in a similiar situation. Keep a squeeze bottle of fake blood with you at all times. When you're bored, go squirt just enough of it in the restroom to scare the next person who sees it.
You can go minimal, and squirt just enough to make someone wonder why someone wouldn't clean up after a bad nose bleed, or...
you can squirt enough to make it look like someone was stabbed.Either way it's all laughs!
