Hey isaiahyron... i got mine a couple of months ago. Gutted, but it's got to be expected. bmxboy got his about 2 weeks ago! :(.
You need to find a fault with the one you've got and try n blag a new one. My batteries been shite.. they've replaced it, but I've still got the same problems... Maybe I'll give it a go :).
