I think you just want to hit it.
Urges aside, if she took crap from a weirdo for as long as it sounds like she did, I'd say she has some kind of issues and I'd be seeing red flags all over the place.
Of course, I'd have a hard time acknowleging this--I'd just want to hit it too.
