Shit where you eat, shit where you eat! Dating someone from your office gets you into dangerously exciting situations...like sex on photocopiers, your boss' desk, nooners in the fitness club steam room. I say GO FOR IT! Just be prepared to change your lifestyle and find a new job...if she's worth hit, she's worth it bro.
As for that dude, it's her job to make shit clear to him. Just ignore and don't antagonize.
Let's get back to the broad though. Is she psycho or emotionally shallow? Does she need a man to justify her existance? Why is she hopping over to you so quickly? Anytime I see a girl doing that...that's a red flag in my books. Not a red flag that shouldn't necessarily be slept with, but a red flag that may require you to act with a different set of expectations.
