I've heard they're good cameras. They're just like the 6.3 megapixel 10D except for scaled down features and a plastic body. One interesting thing is most of the features the Rebel lacks that the 10D has are software-controlled, so there's articles posted online on how to hack the Rebel to have most of the features of the 10D. Although it's pretty risky installing hacked firmware on your camera...
