I tested the XBox for Philips... one of the supervisors was an anal-getic asshole.
I had recommended a team of my friends. Basically we got paid peanuts to begin with, but not that my friends minded.
That asshole later said that we weren't finding many bugs, so he adjusted the system such that we'd get lesser on a daily basis, unless we found 20 bugs a day (and can you believe it there's an upper limit to how many bugs you are being paid for reporting bugs per day).
He later gave me a chance for full-time employment and I gave him the finger.
