Thanks for the responses...
1) Honda, thanks, but I actually lived in the states for many many years and I really like living here. I'd only go back to the states as a last resort...
2) When I lived in the states, I actually got downsized (this is the second time) and decided to freelance. It was very hard at first and I couldn't make ends meet... I'm a terrible salesperson and not one of those people who "knows lots of peeps" so it was tough... Slowly I started building it up and did pretty well, however, I'm not sure if I want to go through the same hell again... Freelance was sweet when there was work, but when it wasn't steady enough it was hell. As an employee I at least knew that rain or shine, there was always a paycheck coming (well... except now... :P)
I have 3 promising interviews lined up for next week, so we'll see how it goes...:) keeping chin up...
