i often think there's too much emphasis put on things like this...
for example, i am often told by my pinstriped triumverate after 'caning' it on a friday three o'clocks, that i am unexpendable..that basically means what it says! of course when it comes to quantifying such things, you gotta look at how your firm values your input, financially, that is often the only gauge. it's immaterial, you know some folk just say, there goes mickey carver, fuckin' lording it up, polish wife, fancy motor, running around like a fuckin' playboy with his arteries full of cook-een, you know..but's all gravy, man.. i get £56k ok, it's bulls and bushes.. thats around £56 thousand pounds a year..but i reckon i punching well below my weight, di i care?? huh? and vis-a-vis, OR re: my true value, get the fuck ouuta here man...but i DO have a responsibility(i am in charge of twelve people-1 gay, 1 coloured) and i feel if i took out more salary that would have a detrimental effect on the company, not only financially, but morally! get a live kids! daft eh?
