yea don't get me wrong i'm a born again believer too - i feel more at home in the british half-caste quorporation than i ever was in aus: "Happy the country that has produced a culture of contradiction - Speakers' Corner as well as 20 different daily newspapers"
The bit about the trains is so apt - my parents emigrated to australia from London in the 70s because the trains were delayed again one day and they couldn't take it anymore! ironic that their kids came straight back, heheh.
