    we're both artists and we love the idea of being in the city- and we both really like loft-style housing. I think either a loft of a good size, or more likely a house (small) so we have a yard, etc.

    Anywhere near Venice that is slightly cheaper maybe? That part of the state seems pretty progressive, but I haven't seen much and i don't know jack. I really don;t know where I'll be working
