anything as big as youre talking could cost anywhere between 2k + or mroe a month unless you want to get a loft in downtown LA (not so hot). they have a bunch of cheaper lofts there that are rad inside but your friend's cars will get broken into every time they come over and you cant go outside at night. venice isnt THAT cheap. i think its cheaper to get 1 bedrooms there. but anything bigger like that is almost the same prices as santa monica, especially the closer you get to the beach.
