to me it seems like you got all this break beat scratching going on, then all of a sudden you've got these people in ballet suits appearing. It doesn't mix. Unless this is breakbeat ballet. Get away from the hiphop style. It's not representative of the scope of your webpage.
Lastly, your site is not built for all resolutions. case in point, my resolution is 1920x1200. your badkground runs out at about 1600 and then restarts itself over again. this is the biggest flaw of any webpage and highly unprofessional. either replace the image with something that blends, or replace it entirely with something else.
personally, I'd vertically center that box in the screen.
haha.. lastly, the musak is horrible.. please consider getting some better tracks..
you've just got a mixed bag that you need to tone down a bit.. break it up and get an idea of what your target audience is supposed to see..
