well pot was never officially legal in holland, you know gedoogd, but i can't believe they are going to ban it? really? where did you hear / read it or is it one of harry potter's jokes? and you're right about rotterdam though. i think it has a lot to do with the fact that the city of amsterdam is yuppifying all the squad places. more artists move to rotterdam. love that city.
