The colors are fine.
You have WAY too much detail in these for a logo. A and B will both get lost at small sizes.
C is okay, but I don't care for the 'e' being an upside down 'a'.
I'd work on it some more. They are all certainly interesting, but not as a logo. There's just way too much detail going on.
A and B are interesting that you're using square's and circles, but if you can achieve that by using about 4 shapes instead of 20 it might hold a lot more weight.
My 2 cents anyway...
