One thing you want to keep in mind with Optimaze is that it's primary use is in vector animation. This is because it optimizes the curves in the vector lines by reducing the number of points associated with the curve.
So, it doesn't really help unless you're working with those types of files.
I'm guessing that NT isn't the best place to be asking for commercial software... check your favorite peer-to-peer program, man.
