Sorry, nothing specific to add - just a comment.
The first link (underconsideration) seems to suffer from a lack of heirarchy. It's filled with text and (at an albeit cursory glance) nothing stands out to deliniate much of a structure - there is minimal variation in scale or color. I feel like it takes me a lot of effort to figure out what all is going on.
Sorry to be a spoil-sport, it just looks like a bit of a soup to me.
