it's obvious that you have some skill...
... but you need loaders - and you need to pick a style. The whole things needs to be tightened up a bit too.
It feels like things are all over the place and not very well organized. Plan!
Also - get rid of the banners and additional links etc.
Your splash (if you even need one) could be designed a little bit better too.
