I'm on the verge of murder - we've had three phones and 3 computers refreshing every 20 seconds, on a shift basis since around about 8.20pm last night.
Whilst I recognise that this tactic has probably been part of the problem, I can't help but feel a little miffed.. we've still not got any tickets.
