Nice, I like your art deco style i think the logo's cool. I think the menu should roll out when you go over it rather than dragging it. It was slow and i'm using a T1 connection. I agree about the background, but I think a jazzy tile would look nice with your site rather than a solid colour. And it'd be nice centred.
