Yeah you have to keep in mind your goals the whole way through, and yes - you will be extremely anal about it, and thats a good thing; unless your me and you're wanting to redesign while having too many client jobs to handle as well. The one I have up currently is over a year and a half old and it still gets the job done, but it's defintely shown its faults and thats what I want to overcome.... its sorted by my goals as well... personal, primary, and photojournal.... primary being job related, personal being blog related, and photo, well thats self-explanatory.... The new design will be pretty fresh and I'm going to try and amp up usability and make the sections feel seemless....
