it's neither - I have no job, no money, and at the moment pretty much no life - however, in the midst of all this applying for jobs and try to get it so that I don't have to end up working in the 21st century equivilent of a mine - the 'call centre' or something just to get by, I thought I'd go for some freelance stuff - I've had a bit of interest but it's all 'get back to us with your rates' and I have no rates - some is for knocking up very very basic web pages, others would be for t-shirt designs for reluctanthero.co.uk, others would be flyer designs and record sleeves etc... but I'm trying to get a generic hourly rate
