The res for ntsc is right, just go to new>composition>preset and choose a relevant one.
so long as the frame rate for the exported movie matches the format - ntsc -29.97fps should be fine, u may wish to render with 'millions of colours+' f possible so that it can e overlayed in AE with the alpha channel (BG transparency)
