I agree man.....I remember hearing that on the TV. I was like......"Where is Modest Mouse coming from? No......it's not the TV is it!??!"
Ah well.....it's tough I guess. I buy their albums and go to shows..but I guess it's not enough. That Flaming Lips Mitusbishi commercial makes me want to die too.
