Navigation is a bit slow. I think it has to do with the fact that the menu is a bit slow to react.
You can either make the menu more springy, or prevent users from having to roll-over your logo for the menu to appear.
Some of the illustrations are cool but some of them could be fine tuned with just a bit more detail/more precision in your curves.
Also, for your menu buttons, specify a "hit" area. When I pass the cursor over one of the menu items, it flickers because it's only currently using the actual text's outlines as a hit area.
