  90+% of the market is IE overall I think, the remainder is mostly Mozilla, then there are the remainder of ie:mac, Safari and Opera users followed by NN4, Lynx and other strange beasts. ;)

  Client-side development is best under Mozilla (FireFox) these days, testing following for IE problems (and hacks/workarounds to fix that behavior). Opera and Safari have their own odd quirks.
