Well to build on what Epicitive said, they're doing "illegal" things for...what purpose? To get their shit seen. So when it gets seen on a very large scale, a la MTV, they get bitchy. If they REALLY cared just about getting the stuff seen by peoples, hence tagging all over, then such wide-exposure WOULD be welcomed.
basically what I'm saying is they want $$$.
