this is mainly quebec sites, theres http://www.wedoo.com, which is a couple of guys I know that do this, but it's more popular in france than here in quebec. as for the rest of canada i dont really know ..
http://www.isotopelab.com is about the only design portal i know thats based in quebec .. but then again .. what doi I know hehe..
