1) Raise the frame rate to at least 24.
2) Lose courier as the font, unless you REALLY want it.
3) don't make the splash page's logo "pulse" like that
4) Add an accent colour which complements gray well.Your work is decent, it's just all in the way you present it. Make the site maybe a little more interactive and less flat.
