Scary mentality you're sharing. Kind of reminds me when Khrushchev told the US and Europe he'd "bury us" in products back in the 1970's."
theres nothing scary in that. I think he is refering to the shift in economic strength e.g. the emerging Asian economies. The revolution is market liberalisation that is beyong the national governments power to control. (to a degree anyway in the present climate of the WTO etc. - although it is changing).
The irony I was referring to was .....ah!! I cant be bothered
