I think anyone who has knowledge of the software/hardware industries pretty much knows that most of the products on the market are not developed to their full capabilites based on development schedules and budget constrants. Need I even say the word "microsoft"?
However, I truly believe that the issue with a minor feature not working on an Apple product is probably due to user error. ie, not charging and draining the battery properly (basic cell phone knowledge) And no doubt by a windows based pc user.
