Jox, where in Sweden? I've been living in Malmö for a few months now. I can almost speak swedish, though I sound like an idiot when I do.
Sweden is nice, but not too exciting. I'd go with the Seattle or Vancouver options. Whatever you do, avoid the the hell that is the midwest.
