If you can manage to get a creative job in Florida (Orlando, Tampa), it is a nice place to live, cheap rent, nicest house mortgages, no state tax, light traffic, nice night entertainment, tourist attractions, as a matter of fact I don't think the creative side of Florida has been exploited, design wise everything even design services are on the budget side with not too much quality except for a few design agencies.
