using shocking words, images, or ideas is nothing new.. we see it in art, music, culture. sure, shocking stuff attracts attention, but is it good attention? it seems fairly petty and immature to be using words like 'rape' and 'whore' in context of design. however, while the boundries of design, art and street culture become so blurred among a younger generation, it's no surprise we're seeing these kinds of 'projects' arise.
ok, so if you feel like using cheap images and words is the only way of 'expressing' your originality, than ok, but your really selling yourself short.. you're not being clever.
