If you want to stay on the strip MGM is pretty cheap and centrally located. If you want to save a fair amount of $$ and don't mind staying a block from the strip there is a really nice hotel next to the big Hilton called the Hilton Grand Vacation. Usually the roomrates are really really good, and they are super nice there too.
