What course did you graduate from? Just interested cos it looks like you learnt some good basic technical skills but nothing about design and aesthetics. If it's an option I reckon you should be looking to do a design focussed course to build on the technical skills you have.
That reel is nasty, don't waste your time sending it out to anyone else. And when you've got something good to show don't send it out under the same name if you're going to try again with the same 100 companies, new web address and email are a must or they'll just remember what you sent first time and not bother looking at it.
