He's dope...tries to keep it different, just like someone we'd skate with back in the day (late 80's) probably a bit of a geek, but he doesn't come off that he's afraid to be who he is...definitely inspiring as a creative person.
I personally like him when he is closest to his subjects....he seems to get a bit more pretentious when he does film, but I still like his films. Oh well...
Michelle G. and Chris Cunningham are DOPE too! Definitely check out the directors series DVD if you haven't already. Cheap to buy and packed with footage.
