  Got approved for a new roof on my house today!!! I've been so anxious to know if we'd get approved. Recently had some hail, and some leaks into the house. Hoping it's covering roof and gutters and I assume fixing the interior damage.

  Outside of our house is a bit bland, beige bricks and siding, sort of a sandy color on the shingles, white gutters. We've been thinking about doing charcoal shingles so that we can get the brick and stone stained gray, and change the siding color as well. ChatGPT image mockups have been so helpful. Crazy to think that even two years ago you'd get lower quality results, and today, it's basically rendered these complex home mockup tools useless.

  This is like an early Christmas.
