I watched a thing earlier which compared the tokenisation of thought in terms of human cognition and current AI models against some chip that ran an order of magnitude or more above both and.. I was like 'where the fuck are we going with this?'.In response, my kid's school has some event on soon and it was advertised with the crappiest of homemade, DIY flyers - possibly made in MS Paint - and I felt relieved and reassured by it. I almost commmented positively as such on the parental Whatsapp group, but as it is not QBN, I didn't as I didn't want to come across like an absolute twat (you here get that luxury).
Comments above and generally around seem to point to there being a general backlash against that sort of thing.
Humans are contrarian cunts.
This alone give me hope.
But then so, the flipside (reference to [old] UK folk follows..)

- Laterally, I think this is one of the reasons I liked HL2, with its (terrifying and possibly unintentional) nod to these.Continuity
- Who woulda thunk that we would end up in a timeline where using MS Paint is a sign of virtue and Microsoft is a tool of the resistance.palimpsest
