    This is a colossal fuck up by the Spanish, but ultimately they are stuck there and so it's just a mess. I say ‘just’ - Ceuta's population's increased by 60% :\

    It was quite delicious for me hearing Farage not bother to check the pronunciation of ‘Ceuta’ when he waded in with his opinion.
